Sherpa's lock-down activities
Do you know what a Sherpa is? Until yesterday I didn't either!!
Sherpas are expert mountaineers who help guide people up mountains. Sherpas have become climatized to the extreme weather conditions and help carry all the equipment up the mountain until they reach the top. I enjoyed making this as I learnt about a famous New Zealander called Edmund Hillary who was the first man to make it to the top of Mount Everest. You may have seen him on the New Zealand $5 note.https://www.google.com/search?q=picture+of+Sir+Edmund+Hillary+and+tenzing+norgay&rlz=1CACTIE_enNZ834&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=2ahUKEwiP07OVjO7oAhW3wzgGHTesDgIQ_AUoAXoECBIQAw&biw=1366&bih=665&safe=active&ssui=on
